Terms & Conditions for okba — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okba ("okba", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at okba.pro. These Terms govern all access to and use of the platform, including its sports betting, live casino, slot games, fishing games, virtual sports, and any other products or services made available now or in the future.

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the okba platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the platform from time to time.

okba operates the platform as an online entertainment service. All games and betting markets are provided for entertainment purposes. okba does not guarantee any outcome, profit, or return from participation in any game or betting market on the platform.

Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on okba, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. okba enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will conduct age verification checks on all accounts. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds held in the account will be forfeited.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing online betting services is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or agent of okba, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous okba account closed for any breach of these Terms, including for fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

okba reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time and to suspend or close accounts where satisfactory verification cannot be provided within a reasonable period as determined by okba at its sole discretion.

Account Registration and Verification

Each player is permitted to hold one registered account only on the okba platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. okba is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated or inaccurate account information.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, okba may at any time request the following verification documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document such as a National ID card or passport.
• Proof of address issued within the past three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of a bKash or Nagad transaction confirmation.

Accounts will remain in a restricted state until all required verification documents have been reviewed and approved by the okba compliance team. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts that have not completed the full verification process.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. okba will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okba platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently accepted for deposits and, where applicable, withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. okba reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your okba account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. okba is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 24 hours of approval by the okba finance team, subject to satisfactory completion of account verification.

okba reserves the right to carry out additional security and AML checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks may result in processing delays of up to 5 business days. okba will communicate any such delays to the account holder via their registered email address.

Funds deposited to your okba account may only be used for betting and gaming activity on the platform. The use of okba accounts for money transfer between individuals or for any purpose other than legitimate betting and gaming is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotions

okba may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible game restrictions, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all okba promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account upon expiry.
• okba reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or used as payment for any external service.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

If okba reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, okba reserves the right to void all bets placed with bonus funds, close the account, and retain any winnings generated through abuse of the promotional system.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the okba platform, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that betting market or game, as published on the relevant page. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific game or market rules, the specific rules take precedence.

Accepted bets are binding. Once a wager has been confirmed by the okba system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player. okba reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed due to a manifest error in the odds, price, or market data, including but not limited to typos, system errors, or data feed failures.

For live betting markets — including BPL, T20, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — bets accepted during periods of connectivity disruption or data delay may be voided at okba's discretion. okba will endeavour to settle all voided bets by returning the stake to the player's account.

All casino games provided on the platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing conducted under independent oversight by the game studios providing those services. okba does not manipulate game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okba platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, closure, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting) for any purpose, including to claim multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including layering or structuring transactions to obscure the origin of funds.
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or undocumented features for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform without express written authorisation from okba.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event on which markets are offered.
• Charging back or reversing deposits after using the deposited funds to place bets.

Account Suspension and Closure

okba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete required identity or age verification within a specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• At the player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion arrangement under the Responsible Gaming policy.

In cases of account closure due to player breach of these Terms, okba reserves the right to retain all funds held in the account. In cases of account closure that are not attributable to player breach — for example, technical issues or platform service discontinuation — any genuine balance held in the account will be returned to the player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

okba's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okba platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the okba customer support process.

Disputes that cannot be resolved through the support process may be escalated in writing to the okba compliance team at [email protected]. okba will acknowledge all formal dispute notifications within 5 business days and will endeavour to reach a final determination within 30 days of acknowledgement.

The platform and all content provided on it are intended for personal, non-commercial use by eligible players. You may not use any content, data, or information from the platform for commercial purposes without the express written consent of okba.

Amendments to These Terms

okba reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
